Location and cleanliness of the rooms
The reception should pay more attention to clients. Internet should be free or at least cheaper than at the moment. 5 euro for 1 hour is too much.
Exellent combination of price and quality. You can achieve cenetr of the city (Terminy) by bus #360 (every 20 minuts)
For a 4 Star hotel I expected a lot more. In comparason to some 0 Star hotels I stayed in this place was terrible. No hook to put shower head on the wall. Hot water was cold. The overall feel was just not good. Staff appearance with stains all over their clothes. If you are considering this Hotel i would recommend you look a little further be wary as well as they have many sister hotels in the same condition. we were moved to one due to poor reservation management.
position is easy to go to city center by train and metro within 20 minites. clear and comfortable room and bed.
i was comfort during my staying in the hotel and i hope in the future to improve your services ahmad alraymoony jordan
Since the early nineties, Italian hotel owners have been at war with the internet, and this hotel has been a heroic combatant. Now they have partially surrendered, allowing wi-fi connection: but exclusively in the reception area, and not for free.
The location is too far from the city center. It's address is too difficult to find. It is 4-star hotel, but does not have a swimming pool, and you have to pay for the internet
It was nice room, nice staff. Hotel is 10 minutes from Termini station (by bus). Very good connection.
Rooms are very basic, no tea / coffee facilities in room No safe box available in room Walls are dirty Air conditioning outdoor ahu unit (water chiller) noisy due to loosedriving belt(s) or defective bearing Breakfast bar without a toaster, very poor selection for bread type (white sliced bread & white baps) No bar open in evening No food available in eveinning (at all) you need to walk to town or the nearest piza place 10 min walk, (the nearst shop closed all Sunday) very limited info regarding public transport availabe in the hotel Limited tv Channels
- Quite good for price I paid
- Not really 4 star, 3 star rather
Nice, clean room, friendly staff.
The breakfast was a bit poor for a four-star hotel, cold cuts and cheese not fresh.
Staff very gentle, breakfast good
wood door of bathroom ruined
Out of city but good transportation available, rooms were clean and comfortable
The breakfast was quite good, and you could stay as long as you want.
Due to the reputation of Hermitage Hotels, I expected a more luxury hotel, and even more in such important city as Rome. The hotel was 4 stars, but all of them were "standard". I was a little dissapointed to find a "regular" hotel instead of a more "luxury" related one.
Staff helpful, the accommodation was very nice and breakfast is also very good. Our personal view was generally good.
