Excellent transportation and helpful staff. We appreciated the proximity to the railway and bus stations. It was easy to take the bus 360 to the central station or walk to the nearby park on the hill. The staff was nice and always ready to assist us. It was a plus point for us.

Nothing to fault. The hotel lobby decor was nice, and we could access wifi there.

Location and cleanliness of the rooms

The reception should pay more attention to clients. Internet should be free or at least cheaper than at the moment. 5 euro for 1 hour is too much.

Great breakfast and convenient location

My partner and I had a lovely romantic getaway and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always available to assist us.

We did experience some downsides during our stay. The rooms were outdated and in need of some maintenance.

For a 4 Star hotel I expected a lot more. In comparason to some 0 Star hotels I stayed in this place was terrible. No hook to put shower head on the wall. Hot water was cold. The overall feel was just not good. Staff appearance with stains all over their clothes. If you are considering this Hotel i would recommend you look a little further be wary as well as they have many sister hotels in the same condition. we were moved to one due to poor reservation management.

position is easy to go to city center by train and metro within 20 minites. clear and comfortable room and bed.

The hotel's location is not ideal for tourists, but it is conveniently located close to a beautiful park on the hill and provides a more serene atmosphere away from the bustle of the centre. the room was clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning, and the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. Breakfast offered a decent spread, including tasty croissants and fresh fruit.

The bathroom was not up to standard, with broken doors and inconsistent water temperature.

Since the early nineties, Italian hotel owners have been at war with the internet, and this hotel has been a heroic combatant. Now they have partially surrendered, allowing wi-fi connection: but exclusively in the reception area, and not for free.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a very quiet area. It provided a calm and peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service in terms of room service, laundry, and airport shuttle. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The hotel also offered great entertainment options, with a flat-screen TV and a leisure room with a swimming pool. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The conference room was well-equipped, making it an ideal venue for business travelers.

This hotel is highly recommended for families, as it offers a safe and comfortable environment for children.

The location is too far from the city center. It's address is too difficult to find. It is 4-star hotel, but does not have a swimming pool, and you have to pay for the internet
